Mega Aid is a compounding pharmacy with multiple locations in Brooklyn, NY. Since creating their corporate identity for the company, Delin Design has continued to assist Mega Aid over the years on various projects including new Company website, packaging design, signage and interior design for their new headquarters in the Brooklyn Army Terminal. In response to their rapid growth, Mega Aid has entrusted Delin Design to expand on their social media presence. It is through these efforts that they hope to entice applicants for opportunities at their new facility, and inform the public and professionals alike about their service offerings.
We worked with Mega Aid to define the core personas that our posts would be catered to. This included the general public, physicians and hospital networks, potential employees and the local community in their service area. Using these demographics, we developed a content calendar to plan a variety of posts that would speak to these specific groups on platforms more geared towards their interests. We then developed imagery and messaging that would pertain to each of these groups, in the interest of having users follow through with calls to action, like, share and subscribe to communications from Mega Aid. The use of appropriate hashtags would also help to connect those who are unfamiliar with the company. Through the use of our persona-specific strategy Mega Aid was able to appropriately engage with all factions of it’s targeted user-base.
Thanks to the help of Delin Design, Mega Aid has achieved a more prominent image in the New York healthcare space. Through close collaboration with Mega Aid, the content developed by Delin Design has served to educate the community and professionals about the organizations compounding expertise. The company has seen increased traction through followers and an increased number of applicants interested in working in their new facility. Delin Design’s proactive and content-driven strategy has enabled Mega Aid to reach an untapped audience about how they can work together for healthier living.
